In all cases where tk788 is found to bear liability, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
